Shipping Informaton

  • Standard stock orders ship within 1-3 business days.
  • Custom products ship within 5-20 business days.  Once the ship date for your custom order is assigned we will notify you.
  • Production and shipping times will be considered in effect after all proof(s) for custom products have been approved.
  • File Equipment as Rotary Units, Open and Stackable Shelving ships in 2 weeks.
  • You will be notified of the delivery date once your order ships and the tracking # is assigned.
  • Large orders ship dock to dock by common carrier. We will contact you to assure a quality delivery.

Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping

  • Products that ship free are clearly marked and are reflected at checkout.
  • Products that ship as a flat rate are clearly marked and reflected at checkout.
  • We limit restrictions and keep it simple for you.

Returns and Exchanges

  • You may return stock products up to ten days after receipt for exchange or credit.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee for stock products.
  • Please contact us at info@winay.com to receive a return authorization number and instructions.
  • Regretfully, there are no returns for custom quoted and produced items except for standard manufacturing errors.
  • Regarding custom orders, the customer is responsible for charges incurred up to the point the order is processed.
  • 25% of the order total for custom orders will be applied.
  • Refunds are credited back to customers credit/debit card.
